Created in 1986 in response to President Regan signing into law the Immigration Reform and Control Act, ICIRR has been  at the forefront of helping immigrants realize and contribute to the dream that is America.

About EGrAMS

EGrAMS is an Electronic Grants Administration & Management System utilized by the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights for end-to-end grants management. This tool allows applicants, grantees, and grantors to interact in a web based setting, enabling greater awareness, accountability, and analysis throughout the life cycle of a grant.

To access EGrAMS, you should have a valid User ID. To apply to become an authorized user, you first need to create a User profile (see left side bar). Once created, your request will be reviewed, and if accepted, you will be notified by email.

The options in the left pane of the home page do not require a valid User ID. Move the mouse over the options to view additional details for each option.  For additional information, click on the book icon at the top of the page. If you have any questions, please contact the ICIRR Helpdesk at finance@icirr.org.
